Hi everyone! I thought it would be interesting to see what you guys think. Every decade has its own charm, but which do you find most inspirational? Please explain your answers, especially if you pick "None of the above" or " Mixed" image source: flickr.com/photos/boboniaa

I chose the 60s of course. I love the mod look and the hippie look and even the early 60s look like Jackie Kennedy. I love bright colors and wild prints and I love Betsey Johnson, Mary Quant, Emilio Pucci, etc. I like that picture.

Yeah I think it would be typical of me to say sixties so I'll go with my other favourite, the 50s - so glamorous. <3
My least favourite decade was the 70s, however. Like the 60s gone sour.
Oh and great thread idea ChildOfTheMoon. ♥

60's.
(I think we have to give the times we are living in some credit too. Lots of clothes have become more comfortable for our current lifestyle. If I went back in time, I would struggle with waistlines of jeans and the lack of flex in shoes)

Good point pherber. We've got it a lot easier than people of the past.

And we can pick and choose the best parts of the past + rarely run into people wearing thing.

I chose sixties, but I also like fifties styles.
Worst style for me would be 70's and 80's. Those fashions had the tendency to uglify people.
